At Ideaflip we are committed to the happiness of our customers, so if you want to end your subscription with us it is no problem. You may be at the end of your project or things just didn't work out as planned, don't worry we will not make it difficult to cancel, just follow the instructions below.

Cancel your subscription

You can unsubscribe by visiting the Billing page which is accessible from the Dashboard menu (look under Teams if you are a team manager). Alternatively, you can send us a message via the customer service icon floating bottom-right of your screen or email us at support@ideaflip.com and we will cancel your subscription. After your subscription has been cancelled you will still have full access to your plan's features and boards until your original renewal date.

My subscription just renewed and I didn't realise, can't I get a refund?

Yes. Just email us at support@ideaflip.com and we will be happy to get a refund sorted for you.

Change my payment details

You can update this yourself by visiting your Billing page (hosted by Recurly) and edit your card details or address details. Or you can contact customer support via the chat-bot or email support@ideaflip.com.

Change your plan, upgrade or downgrade

Send us an email to support@ideaflip.com or use the Customer Service bot bottom-right of your screen and tell us what you'd like to do and we will be happy to help.

Upgrades can be done at any time and we will adjust your payments accordingly. Downgrades can be done at the renewal date of your subscription.
